Where can i find a full face guard to wear during a basketball game?

I got hit with an elbow, and broke my nose during a game. I sat out, for maybe 5 mins and then came back in. After the game i went to the doctor, and he said it was only a minor break so i didnt need a mask or anything. Then, yesterday i dove for a loose ball and it started bleeding pretty bad again. Now i've seen masks that just cover the nose and they look kinda retarded haha so i want one that covers the whole face.
