How to become a world class game tester?

I heard some stories that one can become a game tester, like having it as a full time job. Is this possible, for lets say company's like blizzard or bio ware or whom ever hires? Im really into games and stuff and want to make a career out of it, im really good when it comes to playing games, and i want to use this talent for something? Any ideas on what to do?How to become a world class game tester?I have been a game tester for 12 years.
