How can i skip fallout 3 original game and go straight to the expansions?

i already beat the regular game on a different console and don't want to play it again, just the expansions.How can i skip fallout 3 original game and go straight to the expansions?well if you want to play broken steal the you have to go through the whole thing again but for the others just go to the places you ned to go to do them. word of warning though, if our a low level it will be much harder to complet he expansions.
