What happens if you book tickets for a football game and the tickets don't arrive?

I got two tickets for Spurs V Inter Milan next week and the tickets haven't arrived yet. I am going to ring them up first thing on Monday but it will be too late to send them to us for the game. What normally happens in this situation? I am assuming that they got lost in the post. We have membership numbers etc so could easily prove that the tickets for those seats are ours.
