How do I retrieve PS3 Saved Game Data after deleting a User Account?

Before deleting a User, you get a confirmation message:

"If you delete the user, saved data for PLAYSTATION庐3 format software, messages and bookmarks will also be deleted."

But it says nothing about saved game data or the Saved Data Utility being deleted. Shouldn't the saved game data be on the HDD and not associated with a single User? Save the data to a portable HDD or memory stick first. Delete then put it back when you make the new account.



You CANNOT move games purchased off the PSN to a new account.
