I currently have a bachelor's degree in business management. After spending some time in world of business I have quickly found it's just not for me. I have always thought it would be lots of fun to get into video game development. Obviously I need some experience in the technical side of game development. I see lots of openings for level designer, artists, and programmers. I think I would honestly be about equal at all of these positions. What would be the best degree to get one of these jobs and which one would translate best to eventually doing production?What is a good degree for becoming a video game producer?Probably computer science or computer programming.
If you want to be a game designer, a degree in the fine arts would be good.
Or you can go to one of those gaming schools.
