How do u relicense a purchased game that had to be reinstalled?

I purchased Shape Shifter in Dec 2005 but recently had trouble with it so I deleted copy on my computer and reinstalled it fm my documents fldr. Now I am told I have only 60 minutes left.If I purchased the game, I have to relicense.Please tell me how or where to relicense.How do u relicense a purchased game that had to be reinstalled?You could...

go to the black-market purchase a scud missile and then threaten the company that you bought the game from. ( i know id re-license it for you then)
